User Journey Jam

  • The "User Journey Jam" is a Design Thinking Workshop.

  • It's purpose built to align a team into a single user and drive an agreed journey with touchpoints, pain points and opportunities.

  • In 6-8-hours we'll take a group of participants, a real user journey challenge and deliver the workshop experience.

  • Outcomes include team alignment, persona segments, persona interactions.
